Du brauchst:
- elastic fabric, for the short dress you need 160cm fabric
- elastic tape for the waist
- bias tape for the neckhole (and the back yoke and the sleeve hole)
A sleeveless dress with long skirt or you sew a short dress. You can find a sewing pattern for both styles. Sewing pattern is for sizes 36 till 46.
